Hello! On my end, when enabling this theme, the app returns an error Water texture [Avoro - Sea] does not exist. When unchecking "Water texture" before enabling it, it works. Not sure if this is intended. I think I followed the installation instructions correctly, including using the required Avoro Custom Textures.

Does the texture appear in the texture menu at all?
